How can I pay on the Souped Up website?

All our orders are processed securely through PayPal. For information about which cards you can use please visit www.paypal.com.

What postal service do you use?

All UK, Europe and worldwide orders are sent via Royal Mail (non-traceable) from our London headquarters. We always get proof of postage.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the US. If want us to deliver outside of these areas, get in touch.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive if I live in the UK?

You need to allow for one week from the time you place your order if you live in the UK.  

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your item hasn’t arrived after after the estimated delivery time, let us know by contacting us at shop.soupeduprecords@gmail.com 

We consider an item sent to the UK ‘lost’ if it has not been delivered 28 days after the postage date. This is the length of time Royal Mail waits before they accept a package is ‘lost’.

What is your returns policy? 

You have 28 days from the date you place the order to send it back to us. We’ll then give you a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if your returns go missing in the post, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange so we suggest using a 'signed for' or 'recorded' service to return any items to us.

All products must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

When returning your item(s), you need to include a note of your name, order number and a brief explanation for returning the items. If you’re a UK customer, ask the Post Office for a ‘proof of postage receipt’ which may help if they lose the item.
